If you would like to schedule an appointment, visit our "Contact Us" page. We will work with your schedule to provide the best appointment time for you.

Our office is open Monday through Thursday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. 

If you are unable to keep a scheduled appointment, please provide us with 48 hours’ notice so we can help other patients during that time. 

Insurance & Billing

We accept most traditional insurance plans and will be happy to file your insurance claims for you. We accept checks, cash, MasterCard, VISA, Discover and CareCredit. We also offer a flexible payment plan to assist you and ensure you maintain good oral health.
